Faults & damages

If any product within your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact hello@margos.au within 3 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or refund.

We will do our best to ensure your order reaches you. Please pay extra care when entering your address and contact details at check out as we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to incorrect shipping details. If for any reason your package is lost, stolen or damaged upon arrival, please contact us for further assitance.

Change of mind

Due to the fragile and perishable nature of fresh flowers, and hygiene reasons of sexual wellness products, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

Changes and cancellations to your order

If you would like to make any changes to your order, please contact hello@margos.au with your order number within 24 hours. We will do our best to adjust your order before it is fulfilled. We cannot make any changes or cancellations to your order once processed.
