ABOUT MARGO’S.
-
Margo’s is your desire. Your gateway to pleasure. She’s anything you want her to be. She’s an anagram for something cheeky. Scramble the letters of MARGOS and find out 😝.
-
For us, flowers have always been about pleasure. In the sparking joy sense, rather than the sexual. And then, a few years ago, we began seeing pleasure products, designed for modern intimacy, that actually honoured nature. Made by humans that cared about our bodies and planet, independent from the needs of shareholders, that existed to break down stigma, improve our wellbeing, and embrace pleasure! We were intrigued.
What if we could bring that same feeling of safety, care and beauty of a flower shop to the way we approach sexual wellness? Why did regular sex shops feel so icky, awkward and overwhelming? Why not shake up that notion all together.
Plus we just really like to play outside the realm of ‘normal’.

OUR FLOWERS.
-
We have a number of local Melbourne flower wholesalers who we work with.
Our go-to favourite is The Goods Flower Co as they are not only the loveliest, most knowledgable and caring human beings, they have the most beautiful range of high quality flowers, from locally grown, classic garden favourites to rare & native specialty finds (most of which are grown on the owner, Michael’s farm!).
The Goods share our passion for sustainability in the flower industry, and preference local growers over carbon heavy imports.
-
We mostly use fresh flowers, as this is our preferred medium.
However, there are some species of flowers that, when dried naturally, have a beautiful, ever lasting quality.
We never use preserved flowers, which are treated with hazardous chemicals and harmful bleach or dyes.
For everlasting designs, we use fresh flowers and dry flowers in-house, or (when we have no alternative) buy naturally dried from a responsible source. They are safe for the florist to touch and process, as well as being safe for you to have in your homes and around your pets and children.
After pack down of an event or installation, we dry, reuse or donate as much of our designs as possible, to reduce our green waste.
-
Flowers are a perishable and fragile product. This is their beauty, and the biggest challenge with working with a natural product.
Flowers longevity depends on the flower species, some last a few days, while others can last weeks, and other factors like weather/temperature, sunlight, care, water, etc.
We have tips on FLOWER CARE for extending the life of your flowers.
-
When it comes to designing with a natural product like fresh cut flowers, we let nature take the lead. Each Margo’s arrangement is crafted with the freshest seasonal blooms, sourced locally wherever possible, honouring the skill and artistry of the floral designer.
Our “florist’s choice” approach means trusting in the creative harmony between Mother Nature and designer, rather than forcing a rigid brief or relying on unsustainable imports. It’s a more natural, fluid process, allowing us to give each design its own unique, organic quality.
A win / win for florist and client!

For our range of à la carte flowers you may specify colour palette, and whether you prefer a single variety of blooms (i.e. en masse). Specific flower selection is left to the creativity of the designer and seasonal availability.
We also take on a limited number of custom projects each year, where we work closely with you and your out-of-the-box brief to create something truly unique. Custom projects start with a minimum investment of $7,000. Get in touch to discuss.

Margo’s will have a Sex Toy Recycling Program coming soon. In the meantime, you can recycle your Rosewell sex toys through their in-house toy recycling program.
-
All of the water-based lubricants are safe to use with latex condoms.
It’s best to avoid oil-baed lubricants as they can break down latex condoms, squares, gloves, diaphragms and other latex products, thus reducing their effectiveness.
Each product page has a note on latex condom compatibility under “Directions of Use”.
